My baby actually keeps this on longer than any headband we've tried. The adjustable tie lets me get a snug fit without it digging in, and the fabric never seems to bother her head.
The tie actually stays put instead of sliding down her forehead like the elastic ones did. No red marks after a full day of wear either, which was my main worry with a bow this size.
